Metro Odeon or Mabillon. Advantages : in the heart of the Latin Quarter Elegant for Newspaper magnates

7. Hotel Verneuil, 8 rue de Verneuil, 75007 Paris Tel: 01 42 60 82 14 This is not one you find on your own, someone has recommended it as their favourite bolt hole; Not Cheap I suspect ! Discreet; Between Ecole des Beaux Arts and Musée d'Orsay.
Leave the Bentley at home and take nearest metro : Rue du Bac

8. Pavillon de la Reine, 28 place des Vosges, 75003 Paris; Tel : 01 40 29 19 19 Heart of the Marais -Place Des Vosges , Right Bank Top of range Hotel linked to Relais Christine Hotel on left bank. Metro Bastille or Saint Paul but sort of client here wouldn't be taking the metro very often !
